Guided by the mission to feed the mind, spirit, and body, Beth-El provides hunger relief, education, healthcare, and spiritual growth opportunities to those facing economic hardship.
A Legacy of Service
Founded in 1976, Beth-El began as a small outreach initiative and has since grown into a thriving ministry that serves thousands of farmworkers and community members each year. The agricultural industry is demanding, and for many farmworker families, wages remain low while the cost of living continues to rise. Limited access to affordable food, healthcare, and education creates daily struggles, making organizations like Beth-El essential in bridging the gap between hardship and hope.
Through partnerships with local churches, businesses, and community supporters, Beth-El has developed programs that directly address the needs of farmworker families. These initiatives provide more than just temporary relief—they create long-term opportunities for growth, stability, and empowerment.
Programs That Make a Difference

- Hunger Relief – The Beth-El client-choice food pantry serves hundreds of families each week, ensuring no one goes without a meal. Families receive fresh produce, non-perishable goods, and essential items to help alleviate food insecurity.
- Education & Empowerment – From enrichment classes, leadership development,
- service opportunities, mentoring, and scholarships, Beth-El offers pathways for farmworker families to build brighter futures by setting and achieving their personal, educational, and professional goals.
- Healthcare Access – Through partnerships with healthcare providers, Beth-El connects farmworkers to wellness programs and health education to ensure they receive the care they need.
- Spiritual Growth & Worship Community –Beth-El provides a space for a welcoming worship community where families can find strength, encouragement, and faith-driven support.
