Female farmworkers are an essential part of the agricultural workforce, yet their contributions often go unnoticed. While they work long hours to harvest the food that sustains families, they face unique challenges that make their jobs even more demanding.
At Beth-El, we recognize the strength of these women and the sacrifices they make to support their families. That’s why we are committed to ensuring they don’t face these struggles alone. Through our food pantry, healthcare resources, and educational programs, we provide the support they need to keep moving forward.
Diana, one of the women supported by Beth-El, expressed the impact of the program: “The funds from the farmworker relief program help us by helping my parents put food on the table and also for my personal needs!”

Beth-El Farmworker Ministry provides a lifeline, offering hunger relief, education, healthcare, and spiritual growth to farm-working families and neighbors in need.
